Privacy

MMTIS.org counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

What this site does

MMTIS.org uses a lightweight analytics service to count pageviews and see which pages are read. It does not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party ad networks, and it does not ask you to log in or give any personal details.

What is collected

According to the analytics provider's documentation, each pageview records:

  • the page path and title, and the referring page;
  • your browser's user agent and the size of the browser window;
  • an anonymised IP address, where the last part is removed before storage;
  • the country, taken from network headers, not from precise location;
  • a random per-visit session ID, stored in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie and cannot be linked to a person.

No name, email address or persistent user ID is collected. The data is kept for up to 365 days.

Opting out

If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics script sends nothing. You can also block the script with your browser or an extension, and delete the stored session ID by clearing this site's local storage.

Independent website

MMTIS.org is an independent website and is not affiliated with any of the organisations mentioned or linked. The links lead to external sites with their own privacy policies.
